Dance Classes
The Lula Washington Dance Theatre School seeks to serve those who want to become professional dancers and also those who dance for love, joy, physical fitness, health, and cultural enrichment.
We are excited to announce that spring classes for the Lula Washington Dance Theatre (LWDT) will begin on Saturday, February 1, 2025, with classes starting promptly at 9:00 a.m.
To ensure a seamless experience, we encourage parents of new students to arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to complete the registration processes before classes begin. Our team will be available to assist with any questions and help you get started.
In addition to our traditional curriculum, we are offering two exciting new classes for children ages 7-11 this spring.
- Ballet: For students who have been with us for 2 or more years, held on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Basic Tumbling/Gymnastics Class: Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

These classes are not included in our traditional curriculum, and there will be an additional fee to attend. For those registered the fee is $15.00 and for those who choose not to register the fee will be $20.00. Our registration fee remains at $75.00. All payments for registration and classes should be made by debit or credit card.
